Marriage is a journey—whether you are newlyweds, raising children, or enjoying the empty nest, the call to grow closer in love is always present. Yet in today's busy world, with so many pressures that can strain both marriage and faith, where can couples find the time to connect not only with one another but with Christ?
Enrich Your Marriage with Prayer, Friendship, and Purpose
Teams of Our Lady is a Catholic movement of Married Spirituality that brings together Christian couples united by the Sacrament of Marriage.
Founded in France in 1947 by Fr. Henri Caffarel, Teams has grown to more than 7,000 groups worldwide and is recognized by the Holy See as an official lay movement.
What Is a Team?
A Team is a small group of of five to seven couples who meet monthly to share a meal, pray, and support one another in living out a Christian marriage. Couples discover encouragement, friendship, and practical ways to grow in love and faith.
Through simple spiritual practices called Endeavors—reading scripture, praying together, setting aside time for meaningful conversation, and making an annual retreat—couples find renewed strength, deeper unity, and joy in their vocation.
