St. Elizabeth Catholic Church invites former parishioners and students of the former St. Elizabeth Catholic School to join their annual Homecoming and celebrate the history of their parish. A light reception and fellowship will follow both Masses in the Parish Hall. The Annual Raffle Drawing will take place after the 10 AM Mass.

About St. Elizabeth Parish
St. Elizabeth Catholic Church is in the Highland Park area of Richmond and is the sister parish to St. Michael Parish. The St. Michael community is blessed by the gifts of Fr. Jim, the St. Elizabeth Parish, and the close relationship of the two parishes and their parishioners.
Latest Happenings
Faith Formation classes began on October 4 with forty children registered. Pre-school and First Communion meet on Sunday morning. Grades K-12 meet on Saturday at All Saints Catholic School. Throughout the year students will receive three classes that are required by the Diocese of Richmond. Empowering God's Children provides age-appropriate support to help children develop healthy boundaries, discern appropriate and inappropriate behavior in adults, and communicate concerns to safe adults.
St. Elizabeth parishioners joined Michaelonians on October 4 for "Pilgrimage of Hope for Creation." This short walk around the lake celebrated the Jubilee Year, Season of Creation, and Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, combining prayer, reflection, and action for the Earth.
"Get Your Affairs in Order" was offered to St. Elizabeth parishioners on October 5. This Catholic Funeral Planning seminar was presented by Maggie Kennan, Director of Planned Giving for the Catholic Community Foundation. Topics included Wills, Trusts, Advanced Medical Directives, Funeral Mass & Burial Planning, and Guardianship.
Parishioners gathered on the steps of St. Elizabeth Church on October 11 for the National Fatima Rosary joining parishes around the country to pray the rosary.
St. Elizabeth Catholic Church is a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Conference of the Society of St. Vincent dePaul. The Conference participated in the Friends of the Poor Walk 2025 for this major fund raising event held at St. Michael Catholic Church on October 18.
